About Me

In 2012 my younger brother, Joe, suddenly passed away at the age of 12. I have also sadly lost my elder brother James, who passed away before I was born. I know that my brothers are always with me and their memory helps give me the drive and determination I have in life. This experience has allowed me to see things in a different light and find ways to cope with difficult situations. It has made me more compassionate and given me a unique perspective on life and healing. One way I have found healing is by sharing my story and helping others through their struggles by listening and offering support. I have also found solace in nature and have taken up beekeeping as a hobby. On my 21st birthday, I was gifted a bee hive which sparked a deep interest in learning about and caring for these fascinating insects. In addition to seeking personal healing, I am also a conservationist and am deeply committed to protecting the environment. I have recently returned from Italy, where I was working on bear conservation efforts and in October of last year I successfully hiked to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for The Good Grief Project, a charity that provides support to those grieving the loss of a loved one. I am passionate about health and the environment, and I am concerned about the urgent need for action on climate change. I am now training to become a Forest Therapy Guide with the goal of helping others heal through the transformative power of nature. I plan to use my voice to spread awareness through podcasts, short films, and social media posts. I wear my heart on my sleeve and am committed to using my experiences to help others and make a positive impact on the world. Plus, I love a good adventure and am always up for a challenge!
